But look closely: like a spider spinning its web, you have woven this world from the threads of your own being.

Be still, my friend, in the eye of the storm. Release the striving, the reaching, the need to become.

Return to what you were before the first thought, before the world took shape in your imagination—what you have always been.

There is no boundary where you stand—no friend, no enemy, for all is you.

You are both the ocean and the wave, the form and the formless.

In the silence of your true nature, all differences dissolve. You are the whole, the infinite, the unbroken. There is no other—only the mind divides.
